Job Description
This hands-on role supports day-to-day operations within our fulfillment center and assembly department. The ideal candidate will be involved in material handling, order fulfillment, inventory movement, and basic assembly tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and stock incoming inventory and supplies.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders based on daily priorities.
Safely transport materials and products within the facility using manual equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts).
Assist in basic product assembly and follow work instructions.
Perform quality checks to ensure components and final products meet company standards.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Follow company safety policies and contribute to a safe working environment.
Support other departments or projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or assembly work is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Familiarity with warehouse tools and safety protocols.
Basic mechanical skills or experience using hand tools is helpful.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
