What you’ll be doing

💡 Champion vendor growth by guiding a portfolio of Silver-tier vendors through scalable community-led motions, helping them launch, expand, and mature on the Pax8 Marketplace.

📈 Identify revenue opportunities by uncovering new routes for upsell, cross-sell, and performance improvement, using data-driven insights to guide strategic actions.

🤝 Build meaningful relationships with vendors, understanding their goals, challenges, and success metrics while creating a consistent and high-quality vendor experience.

🧩 Align cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, and Support to ensure vendor initiatives land smoothly and effectively.

🗣️ Lead impactful conversations including Quarterly Business Reviews, performance analyses, and go‑to‑market planning sessions.

🎯 Amplify vendor visibility by ensuring their brand presence, messaging, and enablement materials shine within the Pax8 Marketplace.

📣 Promote and sell go‑to‑market offerings with clear, compelling storytelling that highlights the value of Pax8’s programs and opportunities.

You’ll play a critical role in scaling our vendor community, helping Silver-tier vendors succeed and unlocking new revenue for Pax8 and our partners. Your influence will drive vendor experience, marketplace excellence, and cross-functional clarity — all while shaping how vendors grow in one of the most dynamic ecosystems in cloud technology.
 

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in alliance management, vendor growth, or partner-facing roles within the technology ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and guide multiple stakeholders toward aligned outcomes
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of go‑to‑market strategies in a cloud or SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with data insights, performance metrics, and translating analysis into action
  • Highly organized, resilient, collaborative, and able to thrive within a fast-paced, evolving vendor portfolio

Compensation & Benefits
 

💰 Salary: $120,000 – $130,000+ (depending on experience)

Background checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
