Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for craftsmanship and an eye for quality? We are looking for a dedicated service technician and shower Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality shower systems in residential and commercial spaces. Your expertise and precision will ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and a finished product that exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Shower Installer, your primary tasks will include:
· Installing shower enclosures, glass doors, and related hardware with precision and according to design specifications.
· Measuring and preparing installation sites to ensure proper fit and alignment.
· Inspecting shower components for quality, ensuring all materials are free from defects prior to installation.
· Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and installation instructions.
· Collaborating with clients to address specific needs and preferences for their shower systems.
· Ensuring all installations comply with safety standards and local building codes.
· Maintaining and organizing tools, equipment, and materials required for installation projects.
· Providing exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients throughout the project.
· Performing post-installation inspections to confirm that all systems are functioning properly and aesthetically aligned.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
· Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or shower installation (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
· Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools and materials used in installation work.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
· Physical stamina and strength to handle tools and materials, including the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
· Problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges during installations.
· Valid driver’s license

Work Hours and Location
This is a full-time position with work hours typically scheduled from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines. The position requires travel to various job sites within the region, with occasional off-site installations for special projects.
