Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at a vibrant resort setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests at the pool area. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive approach to guest engagement, and the ability to manage various events and activities. Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and compliance with all safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Assist in organizing and managing poolside events and activities for guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately for any food or beverage services offered at the pool.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including lounges, umbrellas, and surrounding spaces.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations while managing any conflicts that may arise among guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences, including food service and entertainment options.
• Engage with children and families to create a welcoming atmosphere for all ages.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or guest services is highly desirable.
• Background in hospitality or resort operations is a plus.
• Lifeguard experience is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Familiarity with event management and public speaking will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Experience working with children is beneficial for engaging younger guests effectively.
