What You'll Do:

• Conduct pretesting procedures and ensure patients are ready for their comprehensive eye exams
• Assist our remote optometrists during the teleoptometry exam process
• Use your expertise to guide patients in choosing the perfect eyewear and lenses based on prescription, face shape, and lifestyle
• Ensure proper fitting and adjustments of glasses for comfort and accuracy
• Provide excellent service during patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience
