Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exemplary frontline customer service within the branch by accurately and efficiently processing daily customer account transactions and assisting with other requests. Open new accounts, assist with debit cards and online banking. On the job training provided along with online classes. Shift is Monday-Friday with Saturday rotations. Interested candidates are asked to come into the branch to fill out an employment application. All interviews will be conducted in-person. Candidates will need to be able to pass pre-employment screenings such as background check, credit report and drug/alcohol test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.81 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
