Janitorial duties, particularly after operation hours – vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors, wiping down furniture and fixtures, refuse removal, etc.
Help to inspect building structures and report to Manager any need for repairs or renovations
Aid as needed in the maintenance of all building fixtures and appliances to ensure proper and safe function
May assist with snow/ice removal in and around base area facilities
May operate & drive trash truck
Any other reasonable tasks assigned
Qualifications
Must be 18+ with a current and valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to work into the evenings (a typical shift might be 2pm-8pm)
Proven experience in cleaning or maintenance/facilities position(s)
Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. a plus
Knowledge of gas and electric snow blowers and other power equipment a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work reliably and in a trustworthy fashion with little or no supervision
Ability to work well solo and in a team environment
A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

Working conditions
The Night Cleaner position is based both inside and outside, and is exposed to temperature extremes (above 85 degrees and below 20 degrees), sun and wind exposure, inclement weather (rain, snow, ice) and high altitudes (10,500+ feet).
Physical requirements
Must be able to walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain, climb/descend even/uneven/slippery terrain, climb/descend stairs, stand and/or sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, lift objects which may be heavy, etc.
Seasonal Status
This Position is a seasonal position with an expected season of early December through early-mid April. Employment in subsequent seasons is not guaranteed. Be sure to speak with your supervisor if you desire to return the next season.
