Job Description:

The Community Collaboration Coordinator supports the Chaffee County Youth Alliance (CCYA), a county-wide Communities That Care (CTC) coalition focused on youth health and prevention work. The Coordinator supports members in completing action items and facilitates healthy community engagement. This position requires an organized and dynamic individual with good time management skills, the ability to support several projects concurrently, excellent communication skills, an understanding of community social work, and a passion to support Chaffee County youth and families. The position will uphold overall goals and objectives of Family & Youth Initiatives (FYI) and its programs.

The position is full time, hourly with a wage range of $27.79 to @34.72, DOQ. Benefits include medical, dental, prescription, vision, life, disability, health savings account with HDHP medical plan, paid leave time, holidays, employee assistance program and retirement plan with County contribution.
