Job Description:
A thriving community mental health clinic is seeking an outgoing, energetic case manager who specializes in working with the Forensic/Criminal Justice population in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities may also include individual and group education sessions, assisting clients based on their needs (this may include intake paperwork, applications for insurance, resumes, treatment homework, direct client support and other services), navigating community resources and participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree in social work, psychology, sociology/criminal justice, or closely related field.
Experience in case management and/or community systems navigation with individuals with co-occurring disorders (preferred but not required).
Comfortable with the mentally ill and criminal justice population.
Requires exceptional flexibility, time management, and documentation skills.
Must be a self-starter and self-motivator.
Must possess a valid Colorado driver's license and have access to reliable transportation during work hours.
Desire to make a difference in the lives of people that truly need a reliable advocate.
Schedule: (1 hour lunch each day, flexibility for special occasions/events/appointments)
Monday/Tuesday: 10:00a-7:00p
Wednesday/Thursday/Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm
